Return Policy update as of April 2020
We take the health concerns around the Coronavirus very seriously and encourage staff and customers to prioritize their health first. With the severity of this crisis, and so starting from April the 1st, we are temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any puzzles or accessories for any reason until further notice.
This policy is consistent at all our products, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a produce has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
Potential Shipping Delays
we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
The good news is we are still open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers! We have placed additional steps for sensitization of the facility and hygiene practices include social distancing protocols for our staff.
We will update if there are any news regarding the current situation. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Emails not getting answered? We lowered our staff exponentially and don't have a dedicated customer support team readily available. We will try our hardest to answer your questions.
Regarding our workers safety
we are offering paid sick leave and encouraging our staff members to stay home even at the first signs of sickness. We have also sent out proactive notes about hand-washing and make sure we follow good hygiene to keep others healthy.
We are working on providing a safe environment for our customers and employees by:
• requiring masks at all times for employees
• reminding associates about social distancing
• employing door monitors to ensure occupancy limits are maintained
• cleaning frequently touched areas often
• providing hand sanitizer stations to employees and associates throughout the store
